Pink me! I must be dreaming!

Posted by Reneé Ettia on

Hello Yarnies <3

I don't mean to be biased, but... I think they saved the best for last! Pink month is here and I am so excited!

Pink Month is the final month of our Yarnish Rainbow Challenge. Finishing the Challenge is bittersweet for us: we are absolutely blown away by the number of entries and loved seeing everyone's beautiful creations, but the thought of having only one winner per month played havoc on our anxiety!

Pink Month starts today, Monday the 23rd of September and will run until the 20th of October. Make sure you post all entries into the 'announcement' made by Shelby for a chance to win a $20 in-store voucher! I seriously cannot wait to see what you will make!

But if you're a little stuck on what to do, I had lots of fun rummaging around Yarnish HQ and found some beautiful 'pink' options for you, in case you need a little pink push!

You may need some sunnies while you look through these few products, they are super hot! (◕‿-)

Araucania - Huasco Colos

This yarn is stunning, super soft and vibrant in colour. 75% superwash merino wool, 25% polyamide. Sport weight.

Available here.

Papatya - Batik

Super versatile, is there anything you can't do with this yarn??? And incredibly economical too. There is a huge selection of colours and also comes in sparkle or no sparkle. 100% premium acrylic.

Available here.

Scheepjes - Secret Garden

If you want luxury, then this yarn is totally for you! This yarn is like nothing else, it's so beautiful and has a lovely organic feel.  A touch of silk makes all the difference <3 20% Silk, 20% Cotton, 60% Polyester.

Available here.

Scheepjes - Wooly Whirl

If you're after impact, then this is for you! The weatherman said on the news last night to not put away our winter woolies yet! The cold snap is on its way! And that goes for our winter crochet and knitting too hehehe This extra large yarn cake made of 70% cotton and 30% wool has extra long colour changes and is perfect for making warm shawls and scarves. Just like Scheepjes Whirl, Woolly Whirl is a fully twined yarn that makes knitting fast and easy, avoiding the splitting of yarns.

Available here.

I hope you found something you like!

There are plenty of other pink options too.

Try the Stonewashed, Catona or even our new Nundle range!

Happy crocheting <3
