If you've been a member of our Yarnish Community facebook group- you may feel like you already know Nicole, even if you've never met her. Nicole is Mrs Yarnish - the owner and brains behind it all!  Running an online store can be tricky when there is a huge distance between you and your customers, and Nicole makes a massive effort to make Yarnish feel like everyone's local yarn shop. At the June Craft and Quilt Fair we launched a new pattern in the Yarnish Makes range and introduced a new designer: Fiona Langtry Fiona is the designer behind the Heartland Boot Cuffs. New Spa Set - and New Designer Mari!

Earlier this month, the Getaway Spa Set was released.  A four piece set; that is available in five Australian themed colour kits: Bondi Beach, Byron Bay, Hyams Beach (pictured) Nelson Bay and Manly Cove.  Each piece of the set continues with the beachy theme - Sand Dollar Scrubbies, Shell Facewasher, Coral Loofah, and the Fisherman's net bag to keep it all together.  Like all the Yarnish Makes kits, it's also available as a PDF download for just the pattern.  The Getaway Spa Set was designed by the newest member of the Yarnish Design Team - Mari Koeck. Yarnish Design Team - Meet Mel!

Mel Harrison is the one of the original 4 designers in the design team and bought out the Yarnish Square to help celebrate Yarnish's second birthday back in September. Yarnish Design Team - Meet Katt!

Today we say Hi to Katt, the designer of the very popular doily festival bag, and the newest crochet kit - Celeste the Unicorn, who's kits sold of completely in their first weekend (don't panic, they are restocked, and will continue to be) Both patterns are linked here on the Yarnish site.  Katt is a single mum of 5 kids, and loves to crochet, knit, sew, paint, draw, sew.. pretty much anything creative and she is there!
