Hello Yarnies! <3

Welcome to our very first Yarnish Tutorials on this blog! This is *fingers crossed* a new line of posts that I am hoping to add to regularly. Our Yarnish Community comes up with the most interesting questions.  So, the dream is to create a bunch of resources for our community.

This is our first post as part of our new series 'Yarnish Tutorials'! I hope you find it helpful! v(=∩_∩=)フ

Hand's up if you're a complete noob* when it comes to yarn weights?

For those who are unsure, a 'noob' is a person who is inexperienced in a particular sphere or activity (*gamer speak hehehe!)

This is me all over! I am so inept when it comes to yarn. So much so that I'm allllllmost certain that anyone who can pull out yarn weight information from their memory should be living the high life on Mount Olympus with the 12 Olympian Gods ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ

For the rest of us mortals, we have to rely on charts and graphs. It can be a real pain to constantly 'google' our way through a crochet or knitting activity. That's why I have created our very own 'Yarnish Yarn Weight Chart'.

If you like it, and you find it useful enough, save it to your device so you can refer back to it as often as you like!

So here it is, our Yarn Weight guide:

Information from this guide has been adapted from the Standard Yarn Weight System.

Happy Yarning!

Reneé
