Hello, fellow crocheters - it's Emma back for final piece of our Fruit Cup Square.

In the last post (click here to see) we worked on the increase, and now we work the decrease! It's a one row repeat, so very easy!

Pattern Repeat odd rows: Ch 3, (sc, ch 1) in each ch-1 sp across to last ch-1 sp, sc in last ch-1 sp, sl st in ch-3 sp, turn.

Identifying the 1st sc of each row can be tricky- it is in the in the chain space after the (sl st, sc) As there is no chain space between the sl st and sc.

Materials:

We use the remaining Lime from Part 1  (#554-03)

  • Blueberry #554-10
  • Boysenberry #554-08
  • Strawberry #554-06

Papatya Batik is 100% Premium Acrylic DK/8ply, and we use one ball of each.

Find the Fruit Cup kits here

You will also need:

  • a 5 mm hook
  • and a tapestry needle

Pattern is written in US terms

ch - chain

sc - single crochet

sk - skip

sp - space
